I have long searched for a solid strawberry cupcake recipe that used pure, from the earth, real strawberries.


I found this treasure within the pages of Desserts from the Famous Loveless Cafe.


The color could have been more vibrant and the strawberry flavor a teeny bit more robust, but these cupcakes were a huge hit among my friends at dinner last night.  I love adding some sweetness into people's lives.
